60 Years and Counting

60 Years and Counting

December 6, 2011  |  Big News, Brotherhood, News, Scholarship, Service

Last October we embarked upon Gamma Gamma Sigma’s first Sigma Week and because of the brotherhood that we share, every activity was a success. Thank you Brother Waiters, Brother Thomas, Brother Bell and Brother Smith. Thank you one and all for making time to partake in this momentous occasion.

As we celebrate the chapter’s 60th birthday, thank you to Brothers Nelson, Fray, G. Williams, J. Williams, Mills, M. Johnson and Burrows, and all of the brothers in attendance we bonded as one unit. Successfully bridging a gap from the 1950′s to the present focusing on our fraternity’s principle, SERVICE.

Below is the wonderful presentation created for our awards dinner by Bro. Mark Johnson

We recognized our past and honored our current brothers. We ate and we drank. We listened to stories of our past and dreamed of what can be in the future. We achieved our goals and should be proud of our accomplishments, but never settle or rest upon our laurels, for their is still service to be done, knowledge to share and legacies to build.

Please enjoy the photos below from a successful week!
